Emperor Valico is a tall proud "man" who has an extremely deep
masculine voice. There is no emotion to his voice. Over his body
he wear's a black cloak which covers his face. The only thing
which could be seen was his cold piercing electric blue eyes. He
has a short temper and doesn't like failure. His skin is a deep
red and from the tips of each of his fingers are long black
claws which come to a sharp point.
The Emperor
came through a dark portal from another galaxy in search of the
six Heart Stones. He came to earth because is was the only place
where the Heart Stones were known to be. Each stone represents
an emotion. The reason why he searches for the Heart Stones is
un-known, for his own evil purposes.
He seems
to be his own boss, but there is a beast like character which
resembles a dog, but has wings. This beast will come out of a
fountain and complain to the Emperor, and the beast always has
something to say that will put the Emperor in his place. So now
the question to ask yourself is who is giving who orders?
