Chapter # 30 – Jessica's Singing Debut : To Attack A Magma Scout  –

Note: Alright I know it has been awhile, but with Christmas, then New Years and now Exams it is hard to sit down and write a chapter, but here is a new one for you all and please tell me what you think, and if you haven't already fill out the poll or my guestbook!

"Come on Jessica time to get up!” Mrs. Walker called from the bottom floor. “If you don’t get up now you will be late!”

Jessica rolled over in her bed, looking at the alarm clock she sighed. “But it is a Saturday morning and it is only seven thirty anyway!” She called back down as she tossed the blanket over her head.

Shaking her head Mrs. Walker began to make her way up the stairs. Opening Jessica’s door and throwing open the curtain’s to let the fall sunlight come into the room. “Today you are supposed to be getting together the final touches before this little project of yours can happen!” Pulling the blankets to reveal the shocked look of the red heads face.

“I’m up, I’m up!” She yelled as she jumped out of the bed and ran over to her closet to get the clothes, which she had, lay out the night before. “Ask Kevin if he wouldn’t mind driving me there!” She called over her shoulder as she ran into her bathroom.

“Alright, come on Eclipse, let’s go and get Kevin up.” Mrs. Walker looked down at the dog that lay on the floor with his head on his paws. Letting out a yaw before getting up following Mrs. Walker out of the door towards Kevin’s room.

“Thank-you so much for driving me Kevin! You are a great big help!” Jessica leaned over and gave Kevin a kiss on his cheek before they pulled into Alissa’s driveway.

“Don’t mention it, I was going to go anyway because I want to see what you are doing, you have put a lot of work into this concert of yours and I am very proud of you!” Kevin parked the car and waited until Alissa came running down the driveway waving a bag behind her as she ran.

Jessica smiled warmly to her friend. “Madison says that she and Brooke will meet us there! We just have to go and get Jennifer now then we can go for a full day of planning and organizing!” Jessica turned back to the front of the vehicle as Kevin began to pull out of the driveway.

“Oh I don’t mind it isn’t like I had anything else big planned for today! I think this will be fun, after all you did get me hooked into this!” Alissa said as she tried to adjust her bag with all of the papers, which were half in half out.

"Now Shi-ryuu, tell me are you getting anywhere? I really need to know, because if not then it will be your end because it draws nearer just like mine.” Emperor Valico stated as he strode around the room, the large book was still placed upon the table. He had reached the final chapter on the prophecy.

“Yes I am getting somewhere with no help from Kurai-ki! He keeps getting in my way! But aside from that small factor the plan is coming along nicely, there are only two more to target, the newest of the Stellar Scouts Sailor Spica and that boy-friend of Sailor Sun’s, Daystar Knight.” He got an evil grin upon his face. “But I will wait to find his greatest fear until after I attack Sailor Spica.”

“Very well, hurry up with this because like I said the days grow shorter as does our remote bit of freedom! So please do something about them and destroy them!” He bellowed.

“As you wish!” Shi-ryuu left the throne room without a formal bow to the Emperor, walking away down the hallway towards the “dead end”. Looking around to make sure no one was there he entered, causing the wall to ripple for a few moments.

“Ah Shi-ryuu.” The woman’s voice was so soft and sweet sounding that Shi-ryuu suddenly forgot his anger towards the Emperor, what he would give to see the face of the mistress.

“Anymore news for me?” She questioned getting the tall demon out of his trance.

“Ah yes, well the Star Pendulum is completed, it awaits the Heart Stones of those pesky Stellar Scouts, and that I am going to attack the final Stellar Scout, Sailor Spica. I will find her greatest fear, and that will be them done with.”

“What about the Daystar Knight? You could not have forgotten about him now could you?” The beast asked from where he sat by his Mistresses side.

“No I will attack him later, for I know what his human identity is, so he shall be the last to attack, and Jessica Walker won’t even see it coming.” He clenched his fist tightly; he didn’t even notice the blood, which trickled from the palm of his hand down his arm and eventually to the floor.

“Alright everyone I wish you all luck with this and please remember to have lots of fun!” Jessica said proudly from behind the curtain, out front in the gym where the guests were gathering into their seats. It was filling up a lot sooner then she had expected.

Everyone quickly took his or her spots for the first part. So within only a few minutes the curtain would open and the show would begin.

Walking over to Alissa, Jennifer, Brooke and Madison getting in only their earshot. “If you guys notice anything out of the blue like a familiar demon then please tell me right away because I don’t want them to mess this up on me!” She turned around to make sure no one was around. “Something like this happened to Sailor Mars, she was planning a big musical presentation like this and at the end of it the villains attacked and everyone thought that the Sailor Scouts were part of the show. So if worst turns to worst then that is what we will have to do!”

“Understood!” The four other girls said in unison as they turned back to whatever task they were doing before Jessica gave her quick speech to the group of performers.

There performance went without any problems; everyone was on time, now singing mistakes and now mess-ups on any of the instruments. It was coming to a close, Jessica, Alissa, Jennifer, Brooke and Madison would be going up to play and sing for the finale.

The curtains closed and Jessica ran over to her friends. “Alright everyone if anything is going to go wrong, it will be now! So keep your eyes peeled!” She said as she quickly climbed her way to her platform followed by the others who each went to their own where their instruments were set up.

The curtain slowly opened and Alissa started the song up on her piano, which was followed by Jennifer on the flute, then came Brooke with her classical guitar and then Madison with the acoustic guitar. Jessica then joined in with her voice.

The beautiful song, which had a feeling to it like you were skipping through a library running your fingers along the backs of the books with sun pouring in through the massive window around. The words came out so beautifully and almost seemed magical.

Once their performance was done everyone stood up and began to clap and whistle and call for an on core. Jessica gladly bowed but not before she called up the rest of the performers and a grand bow was done for the audience, which filled the gym easily, many people were standing up around the back and the side because there were no more seats.

Kevin who was sitting up in the front row the entire time stood up the proudest and smiled widely to his girlfriend and winked his eye. Jessica smiled wider and bowed along with the entire group of people.

Within a few minutes everyone was leaving the gym on his or her way home. But not before many people came and congratulated Jessica on the performance and her voice. Thank-you she said modestly as he shook many people’s hands.

Once everyone was gone Jessica and her friends went outside for some fresh air, after taking and congratulating each other on the performance. They suddenly got hushed because they all got the feeling like someone or something was watching them and whatever it was it wasn’t human. Looking at each other and nodding they pulled out their transformation items.

"SOLARIS STAR . . . . ."

"POLLUX STAR . . . . ."

"CAPELLA STAR . . . . ."

"SHAULA STAR . . . . ."

"SPICA STAR . . . . ."

Then all together they called out, "POWER!” Jessica then closed her eyes. The Solaris Medallion disappeared into many little orange and gold sparkles; this caused her body to shimmer the colors of the sparkles as they fell onto her body.

Then her silver tiara appeared with the red jewel in the center. The jewel then emitted a blinding flash of orange light that surrounded Jessica giving her the feeling of the bright morning sun on her body.

Then a swirl of orange and gold sparkles warped around her body moving upward as it spun around her body. The body suit of her uniform then appeared. And the bows came out of the heart in the center of her chest. Sparkling golden rings then went around her feet forming boots. Then more sparkling rings went around her arms forming her gloves. Soon afterward the golden sparkles went around her waist forming her skirt.

At that point there was a large burst of golden sparkles that flew up into the air, when the sparkles fell to the ground Sailor Sun was then revealed fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. She stood there with one hand across her forehead and the other across her stomach with her legs together. Her long red hair then blew to the side.

Alissa shouted out the phrase as she held her transformation item above her head. Alissa then closed her eyes then her transformation wand disappeared.

Her hair was then lifted off of her shoulders. I strong gust picked up and swirled around her. Then her silver tiara appeared with the white jewel in the center. The jewel them emitted a blinding flash of gray light that surrounded Alissa giving her the feel of a warm spring breeze blowing through her hair and across her face.

Then the swirling air divided into rings and two rings went around her body moving upward as it spun around her body. The body suit of her uniform then appeared. And the bow came out of the heart in the center of her chest. Gray rings of air went around her feet forming boots. Then more gray rings went around her arms forming her gloves. Soon afterward the gray air went around her waist forming her skirt.

At that point the wind picked up greatly, her hair was blowing wildly. From above a tornado came down and circled around Alissa blocking her from view. When the tornado died down and her hair slowly dropped back resting on her shoulders. Sailor Pollux was reveled fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. Her pose was her standing with both of her hands on her cheeks, looking very innocent and harmless. Her head was tilted a little bit to the side. Her legs were apart, one was a little ahead then the other.

Jennifer shouted out these words as she held her transformation medallion above her head. She then closed her eyes then her transformation medallion disappeared. Her hair was then lifted off of her back.

Then her silver tiara appeared with the green jewel in the center. The jewel them emitted a blinding flash of green light that surrounded the girl giving her the feel of leaves brushing across her face and around her body.

Then from the ground vines formed at the bottom of her feet. The vines then slowly moved up her body. Her legs were then covered from view. The vines continued to move up her body, her waist was then hidden, the vines continued to move up and they covered her upper body then they moved down her arms.

Then there was a large burst of green light and the vines started to move away from her body slowly moving down. The vines revealed her gloves then her body suit was formed. Next came her skirt and the vines completely disappeared and her boots were reviled. The heart in the center of her chest was reveled.

From the heart came more vines they formed her bow. Then the bow in her back appeared with the vines.

At that point more vines appeared and they grew upward. The vines keep growing up until they were above her head. They then began to wrap around her body causing a wall of vines around her. The vines tied into a point above Jennifer's head. When the vines died down and the girl's hair slowly drops back resting on her shoulders. And Sailor Capella was reveled fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. Her pose was her standing with her right arm stretched out in front of her. Her left arm is resting on her hip. Her head was tilted slightly forward. Her legs were together.

Brooke shouted out the words as she held her transformation medallion above her head. Brooke then closed her eyes then her transformation medallion disappeared. Then her silver tiara appeared with the sea green jewel in the center. The jewel them emitted a blinding flash of sea green light that surrounded Brooke giving her the feel of her body being surround by the cool summer water.

Then from behind her a wave formed and crashed down on top of her, she didn't stir. Once the water resided, Brooke stood in it. A small bit of water at her feet moved up her knees forming boots, which were transparent. The water then slowly moved up her body. Her waist was then hidden beneath water, the form of her skirt could be seen the water continued to move up and it covered her upper body then it moved down her arms. Then rain began to fall from an unseen source, covering her body.

As the water touched her arms it reveled her gloves then her body suit. Next came her skirt and the rain slowly tapered off, but not before her boots were reviled. The heart in the center of her chest was reveled. From the heart came more water it formed her bow. Then the bow in her back appeared in the same fashion.

And Sailor Shaula was reveled fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. Her pose was her kneeling down on one knee, her elbows rest on that knee, her head rested in her hands and she had a big smile which spread across her face.

Madison shouted out the phrase as she held her transformation medallion above her head. Madison then closed her eyes then her transformation medallion disappeared. Her hair was then lifted off of her shoulders. I strong heat surrounded and circled around her.

Then her silver tiara appeared with the scarlet jewel in the center. The jewel them emitted a blinding flash of lava colored light that surrounded Madison giving her the feel of sitting in front of a warm fire on a cold winter day.

Then from the ground lava erupted and shot up into the air high above her head. The lava then began to circle around her body moving upward as it spun around her body. The body suit of her uniform then appeared. The heart then formed and from the heart came lava that went out and formed into the shape of a bow.

Lava came up around her feet forming boots much like the bow that were black with orange and red cracks. They looked like drying lava. Then lava dropped from above and landed on her arms forming her gloves. Soon afterward more lava appeared around her waist forming her skirt.

At that point the lava flew up from the ground, causing lave to be thrown up into the air. The wall of lava from behind her collapses and when the lava then suddenly dies down, everything is quite and the lava that forms her uniform dries and shows it in the material form and the right colors. And Sailor Spica is reveled fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. Her pose was her standing with one leg in front of the other; her left hand on her hip. Her right hand is at the back of her neck. Her head is looking straight ahead and she has an angry look in her eyes as the flare like hot lava.

“You took much longer then I thought you would!” Shi-ryuu’s echoed through the courtyard.

“Come on what do you want?” Sailor Pollux called up angrily.

“Oh nothing really, just your Heart Stones and to find out your weaknesses! And guess whose turn it is this time?” He questioned. Before any of them could do anything a screaming voice was heard behind them, turning quickly to see Sailor Spica suddenly vanish then reappear in the center of the courtyard tied to the flagpole. As they all started to run towards their friend they soon found themselves in a similar situation. All at different points on their knees tied with some time of vine.

“What is this going to prove?” Sailor Sun asked as she tried to look around for the two demons.

“Oh nothing really other then that you are easily caught.” Shi-ryuu appeared in a burst of flames, which took on the form of a dragon’s head right in front of Sailor Spica.  “Time to find out her fear!” Putting his finger to her forehead she began to scream then her body went limp for a moment before struggling, but she wasn’t struggling from the vines, which held her to the flagpole. She was struggling to get away from her fear. The fear of being in small spaces. Sailor Sun and the others could hear her screams of fright and terror as she tried to get into a small ball with her hands above her head pushing, pushing as something above her.

Sailor Sun and the others tried to struggle free, but whenever they tried the thorns from the vines dug into their skin, leaving cuts. Looking around for anything to help her out Jessica say a black and golden cape out of the corner of her eyes.

The Daystar Knight jumped down towards Sailor Sun and quickly cut the vines with his saber, moving through the shadows to Sailor Pollux, then Sailor Capella then finally Sailor Shaula.

Each of the girls stood up quietly and slowly, as they got ready for an attack. All turning towards Sailor Sun they began their attacks. Whispered the attack phrase being carefully not to be heard by the two demons.

"SUN FIRE BEAM . . . . . BURN!"

"POLLUX STORM TORNADO . . . . . SPIN!"

"CAPELLA EARTHQUAKE . . . RUMBLE!"

“SHAULA OCEAN TIDES . . . SEIZE!”

Sailor Sun stood with her legs together, and then she put her hands together as if she were going to pray. She closed her eyes and slowly lifted her hands towards the sky. During the whole time Sailor Sun's hair was blowing fiercely around her.  There was a bright flash of golden and orange light, which caused her body to shimmer, then a large golden fireball spun around Sailor Sun then turned and headed towards Shi-ryuu and Kurai-ki. When it reached them the fireball began to spin around them. Burning their skin the closer it got.

Sailor Pollux stood with her legs apart. Her hands were clasped across her chest. Her head was bowed and her eyes were closed. Then her eyes snapped open as her neck straightened. She put her hands above her head and a strong wind picked up. Sailor Pollux's hair and uniform blew wildly in the wind. She turned her wrist and a gray tornado came down from above. It surrounded her then she put her hands directly in front of her chest and the tornado spun out towards Kurai-ki and Shi-ryuu.

Sailor Capella stood on one leg, she did a full turn on her tiptoe. Her eyes were closed and her arms crossed over her chest. He head was stretched back as she looked up into the sky. She stopped sinning suddenly and turned to face Shi-ryuu. Her eyes snapped open, she slammed her foot down on the ground, she now stood with both feet spread apart, she smiled and giggled to herself then with her right hand she reached down and punched the ground. There was a pause of silence, and then from where her hand hit the ground a small rumbling could be felt. The rumbling began to get worse and worse, then the ground under Shi-ryuu's and Kurai-ki’s feet began to give away, then suddenly the earth around them began to rise and encased them in a rock shell.

Sailor Shaula stood with her hands upon her hips, then doing a quick flip backwards which she landed on her feet but kneeling down so that she was with her left knee up which her arms rested, then within her hands rested her chin.  She slowly stood up and whipped her hair. Behind her she got the backdrop of an ocean where water was lapsing up onto the shore. It came quicker and in greater quantities right towards the two demons along the ground until it was under the demons feet they looked down and the water began to move it’s way up their bodies until it had completely surround them lifting them high into the air then slamming them down onto the ground with a painful sounding thump.

All of the attacks hit at once and Shi-ryuu or Kurai-ki didn’t even have a chance to get out of the way of either one of the attacks. Sailor Spica was released from the vines and began to fall to the ground. The Daystar Knight quickly ran over and caught her.

Shi-ryuu sneered at the Stellar Scouts before he disappeared in a flaming dragons head, Kurai-ki followed in his swirling mass of leaves and small branches.

Sailor Sun and the three other Stellar Scouts ran over to Sailor Spica’s side. “Are you alright?” Sailor Capella asked as she looked at Sailor Spica’s confused space.

She quickly jumped from where she lay so that her friends weren’t surrounding her so closely. “Yeah I will be fine, just wasn’t really expecting that I guess! Don’t worry about me I will be fine! Now lets go get some ice cream.” She said as she tried to hide how she really felt.

“You’ll be alright Madison!” Sailor Sun said as she patted her friend on the back and slung her arm over hr shoulder for a moment before turning to Daystar Knight. Gently putting his hand under her chin he lifted it to kiss him. They shared a passionate quick kiss, which ended with a hug. “I am very proud of you Jessica.”

“Thank-you Kevy-poo.” She had to use the little nickname just for the fun of it. Alissa, Jennifer, Brooke and Madison all laughed as they congratulated Jessica on such a well thought out and successful concert of sorts.

They group walked out of the courtyard towards the front of the school, in the office there were treats and ice cream being served to the performers of the concert.
