Sailor Moon Millennium #11 - A Scout Crisis -

Jessica walked through the Tokyo Park. Even though she hadn't said a word in a long time, but her mind wasn't so quiet. A million things were running through her head. There were a few major topics that stood out the most. 
The main thing was the Sailor Mars problem.

'What are we going to be able to do, she looks so strong and powerful, and we don't want to hurt her too much, because deep down inside she is a friend as well as a fellow sailor scout. But how could they get her back, maybe Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal would work. Oh what can be done?!' Jessica put her right hand to her head, she was staring to get a headache.

'Then what is up with this Daystar Knight thing? Who is he really? Am I ever going to figure out of he really is? Was he someone from my past? Who is he?' So many questions were going through her head all at once.

The pain in her head was becoming too much, she decided to sit down on the green bench beside the small fountain. She held her head with her hands. Then she heard a familiar voice behind her.

"Jessica? Is that you?" Jessica turned around in the direction of the familiar voice. It was Kevin. "Oh it is you, I wasn't a hundred percent sure if it was you or not." Kevin paused and noticed that Jessica was rubbing her temples. "Are you okay?" Kevin jumped over the bench and sat beside Jessica.

"Yeah I will be alright. I think I have to go home and get some sleep. I had a long night last night and am worrying about so many things!" Jessica slowly stood up.

"Are you a friend of that girl, oh what is her name?" Kevin said as he snapped his fingers. "Raye Hino! That's the name. So are you friends with her?" He said as he looked down at Jessica.

"Yeah she was a good friend of mine, that is why I am so tired I can't stop thinking about her and what has happened to her!" Jessica could feel the tears starting to build up.

"Hey Jessica, how are you?" Brent walked up to Jessica and Kevin. He then noticed that Jessica was beginning to cry. "What's wrong?" He asked as he looked at Jessica and Kevin for answers.

Kevin spoke up. "Her friend Raye that girl that went missing, she is worried about her." Kevin paused and looked at Brent. "Are you a friend of Jessica's?" Kevin asked as he turned to Brent then back to Jessica.

"Well you can call me a friend but I think that boyfriend would be a better term to use." Brent hugged Jessica trying to comfort her. "Who are you?" Brent asked as he looked up at Kevin.

"I'm only a friend." He looked down at Jessica. "Well I should be off, you should take her home, and try to get her to go to sleep, and call her friends I'm sure they can help her feel better." Kevin turned his back to Brent and 
walked away.

Brent carefully picked Jessica up in his strong arms and carried her through Tokyo Park in the direction of her home.

Jessica opened her eyes and was greeted with the smiling faces of her friends that stood at the foot of her bed. She looked down at her hand, Brent had gently laid his hand on hers. She smiled at Brent. Brent smiled back.

"Well it is about time that you woke up! You were out for over seven hours. We were starting to get worried." Brent looked down at Jessica with caring eyes.

Jessica slowly sat up in her bed. "You mean that you all stayed here with me for seven hours!" Jessica said shocked.

"Well most of the time we where here but Serena couldn't resist the offer that your mother gave us. She said that we could all go down and help our-selves to the wonderful food that the cook had prepared." Lita said as she turned to look at Serena.

Serena smiled awkwardly as she hid a tray of little cakes and cookies behind her back. "What? Do you think, that I would turn down food?" Serena said as she pulled a small chocolate cupcake from the tray.

Jessica and the other's laughed at Serena. 

"Brent stayed with you the whole time he never got up once, he stayed right beside you so that he would be there when you woke up." Amy said as she sat down on the floor beside Jessica's bed.

Jessica turned from Amy to Brent. She had a big smile spread across her face. "Thank-you Brent you are so wonderful!" Jessica wrapped her arms around Brent's
shoulders. Brent wrapped his around Jessica's waist.

"Does anyone feel up for ice cream?" Everyone turned towards the door. Mrs. Walker peeked her head in the door. Serena was the first to the door. Lita, Mina and Amy followed.

Brent helped Jessica out of her bed. He gave her a quick kiss. "I'll see you downstairs' you might want to get dressed into something that doesn't have so many wrinkles in it." Brent said with a laugh as he looked down at Jessica's cloths.

Jessica looked down at her wrinkled cloths and smiled. "Tell my mom that I will be down in a minute. Tell her that I want Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough."

Brent smiled and walked out of Jessica's room. He shut the door behind himself.

"Lord Sith, Lady Inferno come forth." Queen Hecate sat on her throne in her hand she held a golden chalice that was decorated with tiny black and purple gems.

Lord Sith stepped out of a green flame and Lady Inferno stepped out of a black flame. They both bowed before their queen then stood at attention.

"You called for us?" Lady Inferno said as she continued to stand with her back straight and her hands at her side.

"Yes I called for you both, instead of going after the Golden Illusion Jewel today I would like the both of you to come up with a way to get the sailor scout's out of the picture. They are really starting to bug me!" Queen Hecate
took a sip of her wine.

"Yes my queen." Lord Sith and Lady Inferno said in unison. They did a final bow then disappeared in two flames one green and the other black.

Serena licked her lips just to make sure that she got every last drop of ice cream. "That ice cream was so good! I didn't know that there were so many different kinds of ice creams! Not even the ice cream stand has as many ice 
cream flavours as your mom has Jessica." Serena said as she licked each of her fingers.

Lita set her bowl on the table beside her. "Yeah the ice cream was great! Why does your mother get so many different kinds of ice cream?" Lita set her spoon beside her bowl.

"I don't know, mom is like that she says that she likes to have a different ice cream every day." Jessica said as she shrugged her shoulders and set her bowl on the table beside Lita's.

"I know that you girls don't really like to take about this subject right now but I'm afraid that we are going to have to if we want to get Sailor Mars back." Luna jumped up onto Jessica's bed beside Eclipse and Artemis.

Jessica and the other's all got a sick feeling in their stomachs when Luna mentioned Sailor Mars. Serena was the first to talk. "Why don't I try to use my Silver Crystal on her? It should work." Serena pulled her transformation 
brooch out of her pocket and set it on her lap.

"That might not work, when we first say her the other day I did a scan on her and she is too fast we will have to try to slow her down by using our attacks." Amy said as she typed on her mini computer recalling her information.

"But we don't want to hurt her, underneath that mean evil exterior is our friend and fellow sailor scout. What if our attack destroy her?" Lita said, her voice was full of worry.

The room went silent. Eclipse stood up from where she was sitting. "It is a risk that we are going to have to take if we want to get her back. It will be a hard battle but I'm sure that we can do it and get her back."

The five girls nodded their heads in agreement.

Lord Sith and Lady Inferno stood in a large dark circular room. "Why did we come here?" Lady Inferno asked in a very demanding voice. "I want an answer now!"

Lord Sith looked around the room then back at Lady Inferno. "It is a place where we can be alone away from people's eyes. This is where I usually come to figure out my brilliant plan's." 

"Your brilliant plans! Yeah right! You never succeed with your plan's, you are a failure, I'm surprised that Queen Hecate hasn't destroyed you or made you leave the Darkstar Galaxy!" Lady Inferno said with a mocking tone.

Lord Sith clenched his fists beside his side. He also clenched his teeth. So he would not tell Lady Inferno who she really was and how he succeeded in that plan. "Whatever. Now come we must get ready, we must make some type of trap for those stupid sailor scouts. Then they will be out of our way and Earth will be the Darkstar Galaxies!"

Lord Sith disappeared in a green flame. And shortly after him Lady Inferno disappeared in a black flame.

"Well I'll see you later then." Serena stepped out of Jessica's front door. Luna was at her heels. Jessica waved a friendly good-bye. Lita, Mina and Amy had already left ten minutes ago. Serena was leaving later then the other's because Jessica's mother had offered her more ice cream. And of course Serena accepted, like Serena was going to turn down food.

"Your house at seven right?" Jessica stepped out the door after Serena.

"Yeah see you at seven." Serena walked down Jessica's driveway to the gate. 

Jessica walked back inside her house. Her mother greeted her. "What do you want mom?" Jessica asked as she shut the door behind herself.

Jessica's mother smiled a friendly smile. "Oh I just wanted to tell you that I think that it is great that you have made some great friends in only a few weeks of moving to Japan. And they are all very kind and cheerful. They were
also worried about you when Brent called them telling them that you needed their friendship at a time like this. It must be hard to lose a friend like Raye. I'm sure that they will find her soon enough." Jessica's mother turned
towards the living room.

Jessica didn't say anything. Usually her mother didn't care about her life, she was too busy with work and wasn't home half the time anyway. Her father was the same way.

"Do you think that you would be able to bring down the dishes in your room so I can put the dishwasher through. It is almost full." Jessica's mother turned and walked towards the kitchen.

Jessica ran up the stairs and down the hall to her room. She swung open her door and there sitting on her bed was Serena's transformation brooch. Jessica ran over to her bed and grabbed the brooch and slipped it into her pocket.

She grabbed the dirty dishes off of her table and ran down stairs set them on the counter. Then ran out her back door.

Jessica swung the door open and it hit the wall hard. Eclipse lifted his head from where he was laying peacefully. "Come on Eclipse, we have to go to Serena's
now! She left her transformation brooch on my bed! She might need it if she runs into trouble!"

Eclipse and Jessica both jumped over the large brick wall the surrounded Jessica's house. And began to run towards Serena's house.

Serena and Luna walked down the sidewalk. Not many cars drove by. Most people were home getting supper ready. The area was silent. "Luna lets cut through the park. It is quicker and I want to get home as soon as I can mom said that she was cooking something special for supper tonight." Luna nodded and followed Serena as she cut through the park.

The silence was broken by a high pitched scream. Serena and Luna both turned their heads in the direction of the scream. Serena ran in the direction that the scream had come from. She and Luna hid behind a water fountain. Lord Sith hovered over a woman that lay on the ground at the foot of a tree.

Serena's hand reached into her pocket to pull out her transformation brooch, but it wasn't there. Luna looked at Serena. "Well what are you waiting for transform!"

"I . . . I can't I left my transformation brooch at Jessica's it is on her bed." Serena slunk down lower. She knew that Luna was going to freak out at her.

"Well call the other scout's up on your communicator and they can come and help you!" Luna said, her voice was just a little too loud.

"What have we got behind door number one?" Lord Sith asked himself, he blasted the water fountain that Serena and Luna where hiding behind. They were flung into the air and hit the near by pavement hard. They both let out a groan of pain.

"What have we here?" Lord Sith hovered above Serena and Luna. A stupid human and her stupid fur ball cat! And they were doing what they do best, hiding!" Lord Sith came closer to Serena and Luna. He held his hand out his hand and Serena slowly floated up closer to Lord Sith. "Now I will steal your energy for Queen Hecate.

Jessica ran down the street then she saw a green light that went up into the sky. It was coming from somewhere in the park. She looked down at Eclipse and nodded. She handed Serena's transformation brooch to the big dog. And held her transformation wand above her head.

"SUN STAR . . . . . POWER!"

Jessica then closed her eyes then her transformation wand disappeared into many little orange and gold sparkles and caused her body to shimmer in the colors of the sparkles as they fell onto her body. 

Then her silver tiara appeared with the red jewel in the center. The jewel them emited a blinding flash of orange light that surrounded Jessica giving her the feel of the bright morning sun on her body. 

Then a swirl of orange and gold sparkles that wraps around her body moving upward as it spun around her body. The body suit of her uniform then appeared. And the bow came out of the heart in the center of her chest. 

Sparkling golden rings went around her feet forming boots. Then more sparkling rings went around her arms forming her gloves. Soon afterward the golden sparkles went around her waist forming her skirt. 

At that point there was a large burst of golden sparkles that flew up into the air, when the sparkles fell to the ground Sailor Sun was reveled fully transformed. She did her transformation pose. She stood with one hand across 
her forehead and the other across her stomach with her legs together. Her long red hair blew to the side.

Sailor Sun stopped behind a tree. She could see that Lord Sith was stealing Serena's energy, she turned towards Eclipse. "I'll distract Lord Sith while you go and give Serena her transformation brooch." Eclipse nodded his head 
and ran off towards the bush that was close to Serena.

"Stop!" Lord Sith turned his head in the direction of the voice. There before him stood Sailor Sun who was in her fighting stance. Lord Sith dropped Serena to the ground. And turned his attention to Sailor Sun.

"I am Sailor Sun the scout of the large red star the sun! My attacks of fire are going to be the end of you so prepare to be burn!" Sailor Sun stepped closer to Lord Sith. She looked behind him, Eclipse had given Serena her transformation brooch.

"So where are all of your friends?" Lord Sith looked behind Sailor Sun. But no one was there.

"We are right here!" Lord Sith turned to look behind himself. There stood the rest of the sailor scouts and Tuxedo Mask. They were each in their fighting stance's ready for one of Lord Sith's attacks.

"Now that everyone is here why don't we celebrate? Now come on who brought the party hats?" Lord Sith said sarcastically as he looked around at each of the sailor scouts. "Well now it is time for the fun to begin!" Lord Sith
razed his hands above his head and two green fireballs appeared in his hands. He held his hands out in front of his chest. "Now who wants to experience all the fun first?" He looked around at each of the sailor scouts.

He then threw one of the fireballs at Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mercury. They were both knocked to the ground. Then he threw the other fireball at Sailor Sun and Sailor Moon. They both went flying back in the air and landed 
at the foot of a tree. Tuxedo Mask ran to Sailor Moon's side. 

Sailor Venus was the only remaining scout that stood before him. He got ready to fire the attack. Sailor Venus looked at Lord Sith with her big blue eyes. Lord Sith got rid of the fireball and turned towards the lady that he was draining energy from earlier.

"Lord Sith what do you think you are doing? We are supposed to get rid of these annoying sailor scouts. And you leave this one here and don't even hurt her! Now if you don't then I will!" Lady Inferno stepped out of her black flame and she threw a powerful ball of black energy at Sailor Venus.

She wasn't able to dodge the attack in time and was sent flying to the ground ten feet away. She fell beside Sailor Sun and Sailor Moon. Now all of the sailor scouts were unconscious.

Lord Sith and Lady Inferno turned their attention towards the poor woman that was still getting her energy drained from her body. "Leave her alone! In the name of the moon I will punish you!" Sailor Moon slowly stood to her 
feet.

Sailor Sun was the next to stand up. "In the name of the sun!" She stood in her fighting stance ready to attack.

"In the name of Mercury!"

"In the name of Jupiter!"

"In the name of Venus!"

"We will punish you!" The five scouts all said in unison.

Lord Sith and Lady Inferno both turned to face the scouts. They thought that they had gotten ride of them.

"MERCURY BLIZZARD . . . . . SURROUND!"

"JUPITER THUNDER BOLT . . . . . ELECTRICUTE!"

"VENUS LOVE CHAIN . . . . . ENCIRCLE!"

The three attacks went straight for Lady Inferno and Lord Sith. They didn't have enough time to disappear and reappear somewhere else so they were both knocked to the ground. Lord Sith was knocked unconscious.

Sailor Venus looked at Lord Sith's motionless body, she had to use everything inside of her to hold herself back from running to his side. She turned her head from Lord Sith's body and directed her attention at Lady Inferno.

Lady Inferno slowly stood up and faced the five sailor scouts that stood before her. Sailor Sun turned towards Sailor Moon. "Now!" She yelled.

Sailor Moon nodded and held out her transformation brooch. 

"MOON CRYSTAL HEALING . . . . . ACTIVATION!" 

White light surrounded Lady Inferno.

"What are you doing? No, don't fill my head with all these made up memories! They aren't my own! NO!" Lady Inferno held her head in pain, she looked up at Sailor Moon, tears were running down her cheeks.

"Try to remember all the good time that we had together, try to remember all the times that you fought battles with us, your friends and fellow sailor scouts." Sailor Sun said as she stepped towards Lady Inferno.

"I remember, I remember it all now, you are my friends! Yes you are my friends not the Darkstar Galaxy." Lady Inferno's skirt started to become shorter and turn into her Sailor Mars's uniform.

Lord Sith stood up. "Don't listen to them! They are filling your head full of lies!" Sailor Mars' skirt started to go long again. Lord Sith is right you are the enemies! Take this!" Lady Inferno held her hand out towards Sailor Moon. A large black and red energy ball hit Sailor Moon in the chest. She wasflung back twenty feet and hit a bench causing it to break in two separate halves.

Lord Sith and Lady Inferno disappeared. And the sailor scouts and Tuxedo Mask ran to Sailor Moon's side. Tuxedo Mask held Sailor Moon's body in his arms he held her close. Sailor Mercury did a scan with her VR visors.

"Nothing is broken but she does have a bad concussion, we have to get her to the hospital now!"

Sailor Sun nodded. "SUN BUBBLE . . . . . TRANSPORT!" 

She stood with her legs a bit more then shoulder width. Her hands were on her chest covering the heart in the middle of her bow. She repeated the phrase in a whisper. The jewel in the center of her tiara began to glow gold and red. From the tiara a small golden ball of energy begins to appear. 

The ball floated out in front of her and began to get larger and larger until it is was big enough to fit herself, Sailor Moon the Sailor Scouts, Luna, Artemis and Eclipse. Once everyone was inside the bubble Sailor Sun continued to stand with her hands on her chest. With her mind she controlled the destination of the bubble telepathically. They were instantly transported to the front of the hospital.

Darien, Jessica, Amy, Lita, Mina, Luna, Artemis and Eclipse all sat around Serena's bed. She lay there without movement. She was in a coma. The doctors said that she would likely come out of the coma in a couple of weeks.

Everyone's eyes were dry, they couldn't cry anymore, there were no tears left. Darien had stayed with her in her room for the past two days. He had only left Serena's side a couple of times. Everyone was worried and her room was full with cards, flowers and gifts.
