APPEARANCE

She looks somewhat gothic, with brown hair that has two blood red streaks in the middle, a bit smaller then Tasha she is dark skinned with eyes the color of fire itself, and a tattoo on her right arm in the shape of a locust. She has a small scar on the left part of her face, a scar from a knife fight that she got into a few years before she met Tasha, Bianca and the others.

PERSONALITY

Arrogant and very proud Kat is also very smart and somewhat ruthless when it comes to most people, she only smiles and acts kind around Tasha and the other members of their little group, she is very logical and methodical, she like Tasha and the others acts bad to hide how she really feels around outsiders.

STREET CLOTHES

 Kat usually wears a dark green t-shirt over black jeans, like Tasha and the others she also wears a duster and she also has a bit of a gothic look about her, she wears punk clothing and has the symbol of a locust on the back of her duster, which looks exactly like the tattoo on her right arm.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

 She wears a uniform from the Halifax Grammar School, which consists of: a forest green pleated skirt that used to go just a bit above her knees (she ripped the rest off). Two white blouses, one with short sleeves and one blouse that has long sleeves. Over the blouse there is a gray vest, the blouse has no sleeves, and it instead has gold buttons that go up the front. Over the vest is a small forest green blazer, which goes down to about 3 inches above her waist on the back of the blazer is the red and black scorpion emblem that she wears on her duster. The uniform also consists of white just below the knee socks and the small green shoes.

SCOUT UNIFORM

Like the Stellar Scouts and her fellow Apocalypse scouts, Scourge has a silver tiara on her head; the tiara is set with many stones that are the same color as the stone in her transformation medallion. Around her neck is a lime green choker and in the center is a lime green star jewel, it is generally round but has small points as well.

She wears two earrings that have two lime green opals in the middle; both of the earrings have a locust in the middle of them. The shoulder flap is made up of two colors: black and pale green. Set up with green at the top and the black below it. It also has one thin white stripe. The only thing similar to her rival Sailor Capella’s uniform is the fact that she does not have shoulders on her uniform. Also like Capella, her uniform has transparent shoulder guards on both of her shoulders.

The bow on her chest is the same as her choker. Instead of the other Inner scouts she has a heart in the center of her bow, the color of the heart on her bow is green like jello. The body of her uniform is white just like that of all the other Scouts. The bow in the back of her uniform is the same color as the one in the front and like Eclipse’s, it is longer then that of the stellar and sol scouts, it also longer and goes down to her knees (like that of her fellow Apoc scouts)

Her gloves are white and go up to her elbows; the rings on her gloves are lime green in color. Her skirt is also green and black like her collar with the green at the top and the black at the bottom, arranged in a zigzag fashion.

She wears knee length boots that are black in color; the trim around the boots is lime green in color and in the center of the trim is the Scourge sign.

TRANSFORMATION

Locust Swarm … Power! -

The Locust Eye jewel glows and many multi-hexagonal lime green and black energy beams surround her body, during that time Locust’s swarm around her, they then vanish and within minutes Sailor Scourge emerges from the energy cocoon and stands ready.

Kat shouts out the words and holds her medallion, which glows, as does her tattoo, her eyes glow and then her medallion vanishes only to be replaced by her tiara and her tattoo changes color to an all black locust with green insect like eyes that glow lime green in color. Her hair is then lifted from her back.

Her silver tiara forms, with the Locust’s eye medallion in the middle of it, as the last of the energy cocoon dissipates, and she now stands fully ready to battle.

ATTACKS (Destruction and Nature Based )

Basic Attacks –

The Hornet: She appears in a flash and begins to fire off a succession of punches before she elbows her enemies in the face knocking them down.

Locust Kick: Her eyes glow before she teleports and then kicks her opponents so hard that they are sent careening about ten yards away from her. The attack however does weaken her so she’ll only use it to escape.

The Cocoon: Her hands glow before a cocoon appears around her opponents and she then begins to take their life force, she only uses this attack when she is need of energy.

Teleport Stomp: She teleports above her assailants then lands on their heads and begins to stomp all over them digging in with her boots.

Thorns of Life: She summons up many thorny vines to attack others; the vines form a cage that then contracts enough to cut someone.

Fatalities -

The Blight: Scourge summons up the locust demon known only as “The Blight” she then siccs him on her opponents and the giant demon then tears them apart.

Poison Ivy: Scourge’s hands glow a dark green before she then hurls many balls of dark green energy at her enemies. These energy balls then begin to poison her opponents, killing them slowly, sapping away their strength as well.

Bad Seed: She teleports around her enemies and begins to beat them to a bloody pulp, all the while planting seeds around them, as soon as she has teleported away from them, many thorny vines appear and then begin to both cut and suffocate her assailants.

Locust Eye Medallion

The Scorpion’s Sting Blade Medallion is as infamous as the other transformation items that the Apocalypse scouts use. A silver base surrounds the medallion itself, a lime green and black locust etched into it, the locust itself is made of green emeralds, which is no surprise since her uniform is Lime Green and Black.  

GUARDIAN

Melina is Kat’s guardian bat; she resembles De’mitri only she has a collar that is silver with blood red rubies in it, a bit of a flirt she and De’mitri seem to be in love, though the female flying fox will never admit it. She was De’mitri’s apprentice and served the fallen eldergod Shinnok alongside De’mitri, a good friend and a good listener she always speaks her mind and enjoys playing practical jokes with her mentor.

HISTORY

An orphan from birth, Kat grew up in orphanages and got into fights a lot with the other kids, getting fed up with it; she ran away and grew up on the streets, alone and unwanted, stealing food in order to just get by, she soon learned the hard way that life on the streets wasn’t all that they were cracked up to be when she got into trouble with a gang, and earned the scar on her face before she was able to get away. Realizing that the best way for her to survive was by defending herself.

For about two years she was alone, before she then met Bianca Simms and Alexis Marcus, both of who were also living on the streets. Befriending them, the trio lived together in a run-down abandoned apartment complex for two years, before running across a girl who had been left for dead in an alley after being beaten and raped. The girl’s name was Tasha James. Deciding to take her in, the three of them nursed her back to health and befriended her. After taking in Amanda Jason, and the two twin sisters Riana and Danielle Richards the group began to strike out on their own, stealing from whomever they liked, doing what they wanted.

Sadly it wasn’t to last however, during an annual carnival Tasha got caught picking the pocket of a social worker who took Tasha away and made preparations to have Tasha move to her relatives the walkers who lived in Halifax Nova Scotia.

Devastated, Kat and the others pooled their resources and bought Bianca a plane ticket to Halifax, knowing that Bi would take care of their fellow “chica” while they tried to find a way to get there…
