Name Origins:

Jessica Walker	Well there is no special point to this name, I just wanted to give her a normal everyday name. Nothing big and special. And when I started out I really didn't know where the story was going to go. Originally there wasn't even a Sailor Sun, I was going to make a Sailor Scout which turns out to be Serena's sister. But that plan crashed through when I came up with Sailor Sun.
Sailor Sun	The idea for a sailor scout of the sun came after a lot of thinking, I wanted a creative scout. And there were already ones done for each of the planets in our system so I decided to make one for the center of the system the brilliant sun.
Princess Cassandra Solaris	Well in mythology Apollo the god of the sun fell in love with a girl named Cassandra. And Sailor Sun being from the sun and all helped that fall into place. I really couldn't find any female's   that had much to do with the sun god, so I finally came across Cassandra the mind reader or the future seer, hence her dreams.
Kevin Hoshi	His first name has no story behind it but his last name is the Japanese word for star. And since his past self came from a star it fit perfectly, making everything fall together well. So that is how his name came into place.
Daystar Knight	Well after many crumpled pieces of paper I came up with the name Daystar which turned out to be the name of the star in which he lived on during the Golden Millennium. And the Knight part was because his uniform  was much like a knights with all the amour.
Sol Daystar	Sol being another word for the Sun or star, and again the whole part about his home world comes into play. Daystar is just the prince's family name.
Eclipse	Well I thought that it was time for change with the guardian pet. All the time I see cats, and there is nothing wrong with that but I wanted a dog, and besides I like dogs better. So I picked a Doberman Pincher because they are such nice dogs! And tada Eclipse. His name is pretty obvious as to where I got the idea from! That shouldn't have to be explained!
Nova	Now Nova's name might not be as easy to figure out as Eclipse, but a Nova has to do with the stars, it is a star that becomes unstable, suddenly flaring up and then subsiding. And much like Luna and Artemis there is a male and a female so Nova is the female whom often likes to call the girls but their princess names rather then their new names given to them this century!
Queen Hecate	She is a Greek Goddess of the Dark of the Moon, the black nights when the moon is hidden. She was   associated with deeds of darkness, the Goddess of the Crossways, which were held to be ghostly places of evil magic. An awful divinity, Hecate of hell, Might to shatter every stubborn thing. Hark! Hark! her hounds are baying through the town. Where three roads meet, there she is standing. So since she has to do with the dark nights, when no light from the sun or moon is seen I thought she would fit in well with everything.
Rhodonite	Well I used the old naming a general after a mineral or type of stone, and rhodonite was just that. So that is how he got his name.
Lord Sith	I was a bit more creative with this one, I was going through my head and his name popped up. I thought it had a nice ring to it so that is how Lord Sith came to be.
Lady Demise	If anyone noticed I started to name all of the smaller minions after emotions of pain suffering. And Demise is another word for a death sentence.
Emperor Valico	Well I actually got the name Valico from my head, I was going to use it for a Original Story of my own but ended up using it for my Sailor Sun story instead!
Shi-ryuu	The break down of his name is simple. Shi means death in the Japanese language while the Ryuu means dragon. And I love dragons!
The Beast	Well he is that, a beast. He is kind of a beast that is to be feared therefore doesn't have a name, more of a title.
Kasumi	Her name means mist in Japanese. Hence her attacks and the color of her skin and hair.
Kurai-ki	The Japanese word Kurai is dark in English, and the Ki is tree. So his name is Dark Tree. And the name fits him well because he uses the power of trees and nature in a dark way.
The Mistress	Again, more of a title then a name, she doesn't have a real "name" because that would give everything away! So there!

Attack Origins:

Sailor Sun	Well with being from the sun and all most of her attacks are based on fire, or different things concerning the sun, i.e. sun flare's. Those are often observed by scientists. There are many factors of the sun that her attacks are based on. Yes I know that Sailor Mars' attacks are also fire, but hers are just fire in general, Sailor Sun are more based on the sun.
Daystar Knight	His attacks have no certain focus, they are all different, he has attacks that use the powers of fire light and water origin. So there is no certain topic for his.
Sailor Pollux	Her attacks have to do with storms, i.e. hurricane, tornadoes and strong winds. Also she has a bit of innocence or sincerity to her attacks making her the Sailor Scout of Storms and innocence.
Sailor Capella	Her attacks are either protection of nature based, coming from the earth to protect her fellow Sailor Scouts.
Sailor Shaula	Her attacks tends to be based on the realm of the ocean tides, the rain clouds above and the cold ice, but each of her attacks have a bit of sensitivity to them.
Sailor Spica	Her attacks are all based on what lies beneath the earth's crust, mainly the lave and molten rock below, and her attacks all have a large amount of energy to them, making her very powerful.
