Eclipse

Eclipse is Jessica's Guardian dog. Eclipse is a full grown male Doberman Pincher. Eclipse is the ideal Doberman pincher, with a height of 27 inches at the shoulder. His clean profile is enhanced by a gleaming, close-fitting, short coat of black with rust markings. He has high set ears which are cropped to a point. He has a short stub of a tail. He is very muscular, his eyes are brown. Around his neck he wears a beautiful gold collar with small ruby's that are lined up in the center of the gold part of the collar. From the collar hang's a circle shaped crystal.

Eclipse, Luna and Artemis get along rather well regardless of the "dog chase cat" thing. Eclipse seems to agree with Luna more then with Artemis. Like all Doberman pinchers Eclipse is protective of his family and the other Sailor Scouts. He will often try to help out as much as possible one one of the scout's is in danger. Eclipse has always, and always will be more protective of Sailor Sun, then any of the other scouts. Not only is he a good protective watch dog, he is also a loyal companion and can put up with Jessica's two younger siblings. Eclipse showed up on Jessica's doorstep one day, back when Jessica was only ten. Her family took him after much begging on Jessica's part.

Each of the Sailor and Stellar Scouts get along fine with Eclipse, they feel that they can relate with him, and he always listens, unlike Luna at times. Eclipse will always be there to listen or encourage a Scout if the need be. And even if he is older then them he still knows when they need a break from saving the world from unspeakable evil, and they have to be, well teens. So he will often give the scouts a break, but only when it is really necessary. He would rather keep the Scouts focused on the whole fighting evil thing.

Jessica will often turn to Eclipse with advice, they are really close and would never be separated no matter what. Between Jessica and Eclipse there won't often be fights, but they can have their little arguments over something small and stupid once in awhile. Even though Eclipse will act like a big macho dog at times, he doesn't like the whole licking people thing, but he will never give up an opportunity to give Jessica a playful lick on her cheek. And like all dogs he loves to get his belly rubbed once in awhile, and even played fetch with Jessica a few times! But he made sure that Jessica wouldn't tell anyone else.

Nova

Nova is Jennifer's Guardian dog. Nova is a full grown female Doberman Pincher. Nova is the ideal female Doberman pincher, with a bit smaller height the Eclipse, (but that is normal between the genders) she is 25 inches at the shoulder. Much like Eclipse she has a very clean profile which is enhanced by a gleaming, close-fitting, short coat of blank with rust markings. She has high set ears which are cropped to a point. Just like Eclipse she too has a short stub of a tail. Not as muscular as Eclipse, but still being in a good of shape as the larger male dog. Her eyes are green. Around her neck she wears a beautiful copper collar with small green gems that are lined up in the center of the copper part of the collar. From the collar hang's a circle shaped crystal.

Nova has never met with Luna or Artemis, but she seems to get along well with Eclipse. Nova can be a bit passive, she is quite and doesn't speak out very often, but when she talks to one of the princesses, she always greets them very formally and uses their princess names. Nova is very protective of Jennifer, her mother and younger sister. Nova knows about how Jennifer's father ran out on the family a long time ago, and is always there for Jennifer. She is also protective of each of the Stellar Scouts. Even though she is usually quite she will get into a battle and fight with everything that she has if one one of the scout's is in danger. Because of the reason of Jennifer's family problems Nova always stays by Jennifer's side, the love that Nova has towards Jennifer is not hard to see. Since Jennifer found herself moving around a lot when she was younger she could never really make any friends, but when Nova was found they became instant best friends. Wherever Jennifer would go, Nova was sure to follow.

Everyone gets along fine with Nova, since she is so quite and clam, sometimes you would never know that she was there. Just sitting quietly, and putting in her two sense every so often. Nova's voice will never go higher then a quite talking tone, you will never hear her bark or yell.

Nova doesn't mind licking one of the Scout's faces, she will do it whenever they need to be cheered up, or if they cry she will try her best to make them smile. Little does Eclipse know, but Nova being a bit younger the Eclipse, (but only by three to four years) she looks up to him, she is always watching him, the two dogs are close, but Nova wishes they could be closer at times, just because of the very small age difference Eclipse will treat Nova like a child. Nova thinks the reason is because of their age difference, but really it is because Eclipse cares about Nova so much. They both have strong feelings about each other but would never admit them.
